HOME BUILDING SEMINARS

Every few months, Cross Country Homes hold a seminar for prospective home builder clients. At this seminar, you have the opportunity to meet and question experts from the factory, mortgage lenders and other clients of Cross Country Homes.

The meeting starts with a short introduction by Shelley Layden, the President of Cross Country Homes, followed by a buffet meal before the information part of the evening gets going.

A presentation by a factory expert takes you through the building process at the factory, pointing out the many advantages gained by building under cover. This talk details the construction methods, inspections, specifications and finish right up to the moment when the home is put on a truck.

Later several Mortgage lenders will detail the process of applying for a loan and how they interact with Cross Country Homes throughout the building process.
